There are element of the Solid Waste Permit that are not public, specifically provision #5. You cannot say with certainty what they're allowed to process daily currently or what was contained in the "plan sheets" -- certainly the hourly throughput is a very distinct possibilty and of interest to the solid waste people. If there was an hourly mention of per processor feedstock in these APPROVED plans then it has to be amended:
Also provision #4 mentions an "operations and maintenance report" which is also not public which could easily (and probably should) specifiy the number of pounds per hour.
