I don't think the SEC will have a hard time tracking them down. There's reason to believe that Eric Van Nguyen has something to do with them. And a guy called John Babikian. Both are in Montreal.

Back last spring, APS was paid in Canadian dollars. Since then, they've been changing addresses, changing servers, and generally trying to conceal their actual location.
