MERU - when I read the filings, I considered the RSU provisions as a standard provision, but it's true that NeoCarta specializes in mergers and they have been loading. I don't have in comment on insider trading there, as I'm not a lawyer and don't play one on TV. I will say that with the continued filings, large bid sizes and the way the chart is shaping up, that I'll be holding on tight until the story unfolds completely.
