you can sell after 1 second of your buy. but once again be carefull, TVIX is not a stock... I personally use SPY and VXX 5 min chart to trade TVIX (sort term only, can be anywhere 2-30 minutes, but allmost every time I can squeeze $.20-70 on each move).....
