can tell us all what money NIR has left in the bank account for PWC
to fund this litigation.
As you well know, should this be the ONLY settlement offer (extremely
laughable) HLNT is extended by PWC, they may feel they have sufficient
motivation to:
1) Appeal fraud grounds
2) Go to trial
3) Both
In which case, HLNT has shown the commitment to follow this through.
Their counter-claims & past near 2yrs financial commitment says so.
I would think at the VERY LEAST HLNT wants to properly depose those
who have been trying to forestall that action such that a proper case
for fraud may be examined.
Bottom-line here is HOW MUCH MONEY DID NIR leave PWC to pursue
legal action if your OFFER is the best PWC will extend to HLNT?
Sorry, HLNT is NOT accepting your suggested outcome/proposal.
IF THEY DID, what was the point of going to court in the first
place? If they thought it accurate, true, obligated, etc., they
would have accepted the terms you seem to claim is their destiny
....long ago.
Not so!
