I just had an interesting conversation with Slavo. Frustrated? Yes. Hopeful? Very. Walking away? Never!

EFLN’s attorney, accounting firm and Slavo are preparing all of the paper work necessary to comply as a fully reporting company. It is illegal to maintain a freeze on a fully reporting company. Once EFLN becomes fully reporting, the DTCC must lift the freeze.

All fillings will be completed and submitted before the end this quarter. Not only will we be involved with a company that developed an aggressive, growth-oriented business plan, but also we will be involved with a fully reporting, penny company. Again, it is EFLN’s plan to move off the pinks by the end of this year.
