From what I can gather this BK was dismissed a long time ago. Even checked it on PACER ... It has a closed date of 02/26/10

The interesting bit is that they sold off what looks like the bulk of their assests yesterday.

Being that the "Q" came off today my only assumption is that it may be tied to this part:

The dismissal was effective immediately, but the court did retain jurisdiction to consider final allowance of professional fees in the bankruptcy cases.
