CIRCOR International, Inc. (CIRCOR) designs, manufactures and markets valves and other engineered products and sub-systems used in the energy, aerospace and industrial markets. It has a global presence and operates 24 manufacturing facilities. The Company operates in three segments: Energy, Aerospace and Flow Technologies. As of December 31, 2010, its products were sold through over 950 distributors and it serviced more than 7,000 customers in over 100 countries globally. On April 6, 2010, it acquired Ateliers de Navarre (ADN). On April 6, 2011, it acquired Technoflux Sarl (Technoflux). On May 31, 2010, the Company completed the acquisition of the valves division of Mazda Ltd., (Mazda) a manufacturer of severe service control valves and vacuum systems. On August 3, 2010, it acquired Castle Precision Industries (Castle). On February 4, 2011, it acquired Valvulas S.F. Industria e Comercio Ltda. (SF Valves), a manufacturer of valves for the energy market.
