American Reprographics Company (ARC) is a reprographics company in the United States. ARC provides business-to-business document management services primarily to the architectural, engineering and construction (AEC) industry, through a nationwide network of service centers. Reprographics services encompass business-to-business services, including document management, document distribution and logistics, and print-on-demand. As of December 31, 2010, ARC operated 239 reprographics service centers, including 225 reprographics service centers in 198 cities in 42 states throughout the United States and in the District of Columbia, seven reprographics service centers in Canada, and one in the United Kingdom. ARC also provides services on-site in approximately 5,800 of its customers’ offices. In September 2011, the Company acquired print-on-demand service provider in Shenzhen, China.
