I agree with you. Its down on news every time due to dilution... and now Dwyer has went from stating no rs ever. To a rs can't be ruled out. That right there is when I cut ties. Just a hunch, I mean, things could go well here but, I don't trust a ceo who tells me no rs. But then after a share increase and months of dilution he changes his mind and says a rs can't bw ruled out.
