I wrote to the IR of newn about concerns of the law suit. Here is his response:

"Thank you for your e-mail.

We have certainly seen the news from the small law firm in NYC attempting a class action suit against the Company however the Company has not received any formal notification from any party. Until this happens, the Company has no comment about this attempt and claim against the Company until any person(s) or firm can provide proof of such actions by the Company and substantiate their statements to shareholders and in a court of law in the United States.

New Energy System Group has consistently updated its shareholders on successes and challenges throughout the years and will continue to do so. The Management Team is available for connection, comment and visits to their operations which they have hosted on several occasions. Furthermore, New Energy Systems Group recently attended the CES Electronics Trade Show in Las Vegas where it met many current and prospective customers in two separate booths which featured its existing and new products for 2012.

We hope this addresses your concerns. We will quickly respond to other comment or questions you, or other NEWN shareholder have for the Company."
