Now invest is correct. The SEC, NASD, And LIMRA all all very sticky on this issue. A lawyers opinion is meaningless. There official opinion is what matters. A written opinion from the regulators is necessary. There is a forth regulator and that is your State financial regulator. I think you should check with them before a problem arises. This is not difficult but every posting will have to be vetted. Institutions shows some naivete regarding the invest industry. If the reporting was being produced by someone other that the primary voting officer and BOD member this would be different. I received my first securities license in 1987. Bernie Madoff's debacle highlighted the blind spots in regulatory agencies. They are trying to fix that and if they receive a complaint they will investigate it. Whether or not it is a legitimate complaint does not matter it still is a big expense. I know Cyclone has a lot of balls in the air I am just concerned because some are mine.
