I hope you are correct. I hope CYPW lawyers are on top of this. Other small companies have already got in trouble for commenting on these venues. I had previously thought it was OK. But found that I was wrong. Not sure that this particular case crossed the line. BUT, Just don't want them to cross it.. Period.

I don't want to find CYPW in trouble because people pressure them for more details on items on the forums. IF they respond with non-announced details not in the REAL public domain(per SEC) we could find our stock value DOWN FAST!! I doubt Frankie, checked with ANYONE before responding...

Hey... I was just putting out a warning...of a potential problem!! Companies Have be investigated for providing information NOT announced. And also, giving "hints" of things that put a postive spin on the the company that may or may not happen..

If all company lawyers did their jobs correctly there would not be any SEC investigations right?? Especially in penny land where CYPW trades...!!!
