joe and yourself have recently sent me several unsolicited emails regarding Q and N.

First off, please stop asking people to post court documents - if you want them up, please do them yourself.

Secondly, I am not your messenger - if you have something to say to another iHub member, do it yourself.

My opinions about Q and joe are what I see - "toning them down", as you suggest, is not in the picture.

As to your demand that I "don't get in the way of the depo's" - I don't even know what that means.

As to your notion that I "have received more then a pat on the back from digenova" as I most definitely know the truth regarding that, you are straight up wrong.

Again, tex, I have been truthful in what I have posted at the time I posted it.

And again, the only people that would be complacent with a 1:1,000 R/S would be the holders of the A series of preferred shares.

This concerted effort to silence me, a common shareholder, should not be the concern of this company or the A Team.

And, btw, "you can share this with whomever you'd like to" as well.
