Pinetree... the final countdown?
On Jan 11 Pinetree ceased to be an insider with a balance of 6750000 remaining after reporting the sale of 150k that day. So if we add the 150,000 back to the total this would mean that on Jan 10 Pinetree held 6,900,000 shares.
From Jan 11 to Feb 13 a total of 13,156,793 shares have been traded on the Venture. 5,874,500 of the shares traded were sold by Anonymous over this time period of 44.6% of all the shares sold.
Over this time period 3,427,513 shares traded on the alternate exchanges. If we applied the percentage of sells by Anonymous to those sold on the alternate then this would suggest that 1,530,382 of the shares traded were sold by Anonymous (could be more could be less).
Using this approach would suggest that Anonymous has sold a total of 7,404,882 shares since Jan 10. Not all of these sales would be by Pinetree but probably most. Disregarding the notion that Pinetree could also sell out of a different account as well (Canaccord). So just to recap Pinetree was holding 6.9 million common shares on Jan 10 and since Jan 10 Anon has sold a rough estimate of 7.4 million shares.
It is possible that today was the last of Pinetree’s selling.
