Just talked to the current T/A (Standard Transfer & Trust) and while he couldn't give me the share structure because of SEC law (which I understand), I did confirm that they still are the transfer agent for AIMH and have not stopped being the T/A.

The information that there is a new transfer agent (Standard Registrar & Transfer) that Marchi indicated in the filing issued 2 weeks ago is incorrect and false.

Hopefully this clears things up about the T/A mix-up and continues to prove that Marchi can't just do whatever he wants with OUR company, because he doesn't own it and is rightfully not even supposed to be an officer of AIMH.
