Ok Did a little DD and here's what i found so far:

Back in October 2009 Accuride Corporation filed for Chapter 11 here is a link to the Delaware Bankruptcy Litigation, there is a link to the actual bankrubtcy docs.

Then in February 2010 Accuride Corp Emerged from Chapter 11.
