KapStone Paper and Packaging Corporation (KapStone) produces and sells a range of unbleached kraft paper, linerboard, saturating kraft and unbleached folding carton board. The unbleached kraft segment consists of the Company's paper mills in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina and North Charleston, South Carolina, which produce unbleached kraft paper, linerboard, saturating kraft and unbleached folding carton board. These products are sold to customers who convert its products into end-market finished products. In October 2011, the Company acquired U.S. Corrugated, Inc.
