GDSM has in 1yr Made Major headway for Shareholders, and the company. What caused them to do this?????



Well on Dec 21st, after GDSM had filed the final Quarterly making them 100% Fully Reporting again they released a PR.

GDSM not only Mentioned the cause, and difficulty of the previous Yrs, they Announced a New Beginning with a NEW President. a Fully Transparent Beginning. GDSM also Mentions to shareholders NO TOXIC Financing, and NO R/S's


While GDSM rolled up there sleeves and got busy New Shareholders Starting to take notice that GDSM was doing things that are very unheard of in Pinky Land. They were Actually Following through.
BOOM an Update Came on Jan 12th. GDSM announced that Future PR's will be going to all Major Wires, and a Project is close to being finalized. They also added a New Website was coming and all sorts of goodies.

Jan 19th, 2012. GDSM Follows through with there Transparency, and announces through all Major Wires that an Agreement (MOU) has been reached regarding a J/V with WSRA and the GoldStar.

Feb 2nd GDSM Pr's the MOU has been Executed, and the Final Draft is being Made for Approval by both Legal Parties. Also GDSM announces within 48hrs a New Website,Twitter acct, and Facebook account will be active. Within 24hrs all are up and running.

13 Months of working hard, and becoming Transparent has aspired with GDSM. This has not been done for nothing. Were Going to be going into Production with WSRA, and imo... Gold Tech engineering. There will Be wells drilled, and Ponds made. All this while work is being done to bring Equipment in to the Gold Star.
I feel this is going to be one of the Few that works. There is a Team involved with all interested parties.
GoldTech has the ability to Provide the Expertise through Gold River. They also have the ability imo to offer the Equipment at very competitive prices.
Goldtech and WSRA also own the Goldstar together, which gives GDSM the option to purchase or JV.


Now read about the Gold Crown, and the Gold Star. It's in my believe that this deal will be bigger than anyone imagines, and involve the Gold Crown as well.

Gold Crown:
The Gold Crown property consist of a large placer claim located on Arizona State land. The property consists of approximately 500 acres located in Mule Canyon in Yavapai County, Arizona. Western has applied for and received an exploration permit for the property and is awaiting final approval of its Plan of Operations from the State of Arizona.
Gold Star:
The Gold Star placer claims are contiguous with the Gold Crown property. These claims are located on BLM land in the Mexican Gulch drainage system and will be developed along with the Gold Crown claims. In 2005, the property was tested by a professional placer mining specialist. He and others reported some 67 million tons of Gold Bearing gravels. The property was historically mined as was the upper canyons of Mexican Gulch. Western will continue to try and further define the possible resource contained on this property.

So this brings us to GDSM
GDSM has the ability imo through Marc to land financing from a fresh new Financing arm, that WSRA has not been able to do. This will allow GDSM to move forward with there own project. The GoldStar.

Here is alittle bit on Gold Tech, and Don Jenkins.
Don Jenkins, and his Family are Gold Tech. Don Jenkins also has another company that performs, and documents the Geologist part of the business. Don Jenkins also is WSRA biggest Shareholder. So it all Makes since that they would want this deal with GDSM to go through, and move forward. It also makes Since that Don Jenkins, and WSRA would want GDSM to be successful to they all can benefit by developing the Land that they all own together.
This is a GDSM Project Everything that happens is happening within goldcoast


As you will see father down All Goldstar Claims are Active, and All have Michael from WSRA, and Don Jenkins on the Claims This is more Proof on how Legit this deal is.






Now for Some Super Crazy Stuff. The GOLDSTAR on the Executive Summary says there are 4 Claims. Well there Was 4 Claims in 2010/2011. Guess what. in Sept of 2011 WSRA/GOLDTECH renewed all claims and added a 5th claim. Here is the Pic's of all 5 claims. Look under Action/Remarks you will see AMC412578-AMC412582 That is 5 claims just like GDSM says in there PR.

Here is a Peak and Claim 412578 I would list all five but there is no point. I did print all 5 Claims to confirm. WSRA, and Gold Tech are on all 5.







Notice the dates. Sept 2011 is when all the new claims were filed. It just so happens that GDSM was becoming current at this very time. Here is a piece from the Sept 2011 Filing from GDSM Page 16th

Currently management is working with

Western Sierra Mining to secure and finalize a project, with financing built in, that the

two parties will operate within Gold Coast.



So the Bottom line is this. All DD performed by Myself, and mdeskm shows this deal is very serious. It also confirms that If GDSM lands good financing, that were gonna go parabolic!!!!!. I fully expect a Signed Final Draft by Next week at the latest followed up with Financing. We have a good feeling Financing is already locked up. GDSM clearly states NO TOXIC Financing, and NO R/S. The reason the deal did not work back in 2009 is because GDSM would not do a deal that would require TOXIC Financing. They Specifically say this in the Dec pr.



Lastly Per Don Jenkins in the 2005 Jenkins report The GoldStar is ready for Production. We may need wells, and Ponds etc... But that will all come quickly, and That's going to be the fun shareholders get to enjoy watching the GoldStar go into Production. The Gold Star itself is ready for Production. Enough Testing has been done. Here is where in the Jenkins Reports it says this. Page 5
