oh well tax write-off i guess, lucky i did'nt lose much but still POS's like this makes other good co's in Pennyland get thrown in the same boat, hopefully the SEC will see this one, they are more awake since 2011, but Pennyland is a wasteland and has lots of cleaning up to do, it will take time.
