db7...SB_AT.....

sb_at .15 ask now.. not sure what's up there.. still holding my shares

I continue to hold my entire position. I think the risk/reward looks pretty intriguing. The share price weakness could be the result of some consultant shares hitting the market, but my guess is that general/specific RM market conditions is probably having a significant influence on things, as I mentioned in this post over on the Zip Code Changers board......

Based on an email response I received from CEO Tom Simeo today, the company expects to handle the reinstatement process with the Nevada Secretary of State in the next several days. So the people who have been sending me private messages warning me to stay away from SB_AT because of the Nevada status can now relax and focus on something else.

As I kind of expected, Simeo and the company had basically forgot about the Nevada filings. This isn't the first stock where I have had that happen, so I generally don't have an anxiety attack whenever I see a stock may not be fully up-to-date on its Nevada filings. I remember several years ago in the IRAE/CTFO shell and RM that I sent an email to the firm handling the shell and transaction and mentioned that they should get the Nevada filings fully-compliant or some shareholders would probably "freak out" if they saw the "default" status. Based on email exchanges with the top two executives and the firm's lawyer, it became quite clear to me that they had absolutely no clue what the Nevada Secretary of State was and didn't realize that filings were expected to be made. The RM turned out to be quite profitable for the retail investors.

I asked Tom Simeo some questions regarding financing and those 14.5M shares that I mentioned over in my Zip Code Changers posts. He expects to get back to me and address those issues sometime next week. Sinocubate's office is currently closed due to the Chinese New Year, which ends I think on Monday or Tuesday of next week.
