IBC (same CPRKQ shell) (under CEO Darrell Nether) took 24 shares from every single shareholders share in which they ended up with 1 share of CPRK..(The PPS after split .0125)The same operation that is being done with Copper King with the merger with WUCC. Wilf started with the false or misleading press releases. That is the excuses MD is using when MD Fired Wilf. However the radio station is still promoting CPRK(Nether) even though the Radio Station set up the Shell for the Reverse Merger~~~ The chart proves the point that a R/S takes the shares from a shareholder and puts it into the hands of a corrupt BOD!
