Good question??? Guess everyone knows that this is a lost endevor....so would be the assumption as they disregarded the SEC requirements......don't know the full details. But never the less they are revoked. The board here on IHub ......just a another pink stock that went out....?? Don't know?
A privet company, now as it stands.......what now? Seems to be still a company...where do we take this at this point... we still have stock????
Private company or public....they still have some obligations to the share holders...........what's next?
