If Google 'FINRA short data misinterpreted' you will get many hits with explanations from people who have made phone calls and actually spoken to authorities on the matter. Many of those explanations are on ihub too, which I have linked to you in the past.
To suggest such a high percentage of volume are short sales is absurd. The markets would implode and fold under their own weight if that were the case. There are no shorts here. What an insane concept to risk personal bankruptcy for a maximum profit of .0002 per share. Risk everything for that? LMAO!
