Not being a venture capitalist or finance professional, I'm not up to speed on the pros/cons of Fuse's choice of going the DROP:PK route for raising capital. Perhaps back in better financial times, as in before the 2008 crash, they'd have gone a different route...?

If one looks at FRS for a contrasting example (since there has been discussion earlier about them and Tebow) you'll see a [much] different model starting with clinical trials then progressing through PR, endorsements, private financing, etc., etc.

I seriously doubt the very tight money supply situation would allow this course now.

For those of us with enough confidence in DROP to have invested already, we're hoping to thank them in the future for choosing this path. I could have cashed out today and made a satisfying market beating tidy profit but I'm betting on my gut feeling that this will prove legit products with a worthy management team.
