1) Voluntarliy de-list (Goldfarb steps down)

2) Goldfarb becomes CEO

3) Fail to make cash payment

4) pay noteholders by share issuance

5) sell non-core assets

6) streamline operations till profitability (>> Atrinsic Interactive)

7) announce new financing / acquisitions / partners / business

8) re-list as a healthy company
