just got off the phone with one of marty's atty
associates .. first i asked about time frame on
a trial .. it could be years was the answer

as all good atty's do (vague was key) ..
i asked about the process .. and was told the usual
of motions and discovery ..

i asked if the trial would be held in MA since it
was filed in MA .. and he indicated that unless
there was a specific request to change venues .. MA is it

then i asked about DOMARK ..

this is where it gets very interesting .. i said i read
a post on ihub (it was posted on 12/25) but i found it
revealing in what was *predicted* ..

this atty (josh) .. had no idea of who *DOMARK* was
he asked if they were a publicly traded co.

i said have you actually read the complaint?

he said he was aware of it .. i said well that post on 12/25
got me doing some reading re: DOMARK via the sec's website

i said how come DOMARK doesn't have any public correspondence
uploaded in their file like JBI does

he said .. well perhaps the sec is reviewing them now

i said but you don't know that for a fact .. he said no

so i said to him .. do you have any knowledge of JBI (the co.)
and what they did .. no answer

i asked if during discovery JBI's lawyers could subpoena NITE
and CSTI .. trading records for the last 18 months

he asked who was NITE ..

i said are you familiar with MMs'

i spelled out KNIGHT and COLLINS STEWART for josh

then i asked him was it possible there could be a leak in the boston
office ..

i said i'm not trying to offend you here (he's young he'll adjust)
but i said there are posts all over the internet in regards to
what was coming out of the boston office weeks b4 it actually
showed (yesterday)

that seemed to get his attn

we'll see .. i'm jaded ..

then i congratulated the sec ..

i said right b4 the complaint was filed .. JBII's PPS was at 2.20
and their volume was about 85k

with 25 mins .. volume would be over 900k and the pps would be below
a buck

he *wisely* stayed silent

i said to him do you know what the 90 day avg on this stock was b4 yesterday ..

no answer

i said about 80,000 shares

i said i've interacted with PIPE investors .. some have never deposited
their shares in any brokerage acct ..

anyone interview them .. re: media credits ..

i can't discuss the case ..

i said well i talked to 4 last night .. none of them invested in p2o
due to media credits

one was buying more shares via the open market today

anyhow the upshot is .. we exchanged *details* and the request of
me is to forward on every link i can find showing *awareness*
of this pending complaint out of the boston office b4 it *hit*
