"Some fantastic NEWS! I am positioning the Company as an incubator
of new technologies. We have the Internet Yellow Pages Platform.
It's basically ready to go. We are signing-up Publishers.
Some major Contracts are in the works. A LOT GOING ON!
"The IYP Platform is an extremely cost-effective site. There is
very little on the Cost-side to maintain that. It's great on
the Revenue side, because the majority of
what we bring-in from that IS PROFIT. It's my DNA, I love it,
I was raised and brought-up on that business.
"Regarding FilmRookie.com, I am hoping to have that site up in
the coming weeks. It needed some updating.
"ADDITIONAL exciting NEWS! COMPRESSION TECHNOLOGY. Initially,
we were looking to simply Partner with them, and as we got to
talking and working with them...
A) They're a small start-up...
B) And, i wanted a piece of it.
"So we're working on an Arrangement where we're gonna have
MAJOR SKIN IN THAT GAME.
"What's unique about their Streaming, High-Definition Video
Compression Technology, you're talking about A LOT of Bandwidth
that's needed to get a GOOD QUALITY High-Def Video Stream on the
Internet. Videos typically Buffer and/or Delay, etc.
"This doesn't to ANY OF THAT, and that's what's really cool
about it. The REASON it doesn't, and this is the unique
niche they have (and when you see it, you won't believe it)...
"The REASON it doesn't is, they designed a way for the
Technology to focus ONLY (in High-Definition) on the Subject
or the Main-Part of what you're looking-at.
"I saw a demo from them where they used an Obama speech, and
HE was the focus obviously, and it was like he was JUMPING
out of the screen. Now, this was streamed over the Internet,
what I saw. The background was not as clear, RELATIVELY
SPEAKING, I mean, it was still clear, but they are able to take
the focal-points of a Video and MAXIMIZE the High-Def THERE.
"By doing this, it streams it much faster, much clearer.
It's UNBELIEVABLE! I am going to get this in a way that I can
show people what I am talking about. THIS IS REALLY COOL.
"What is even COOLER about it is, seeing as they are having
issues taking this to Market as all start-ups do, we've
worked-out an Arrangement, we are gonna be a Major Investor in
this Technology, and we are going to help them, through our
resources, to get this to Market.
"In exchange for that, we are going to have some Major-Skin in
the Game, so that WE benefit as it succeeds. It's a WIN-WIN for
everybody. I'm really EXCITED about it, I cannot communicate
more, how excited I am about this Technology!
"It focuses on where this Company is going. I said it from the
very beginning, I am REALLY EXCITED about ENCOUNTER.
"Yes, MMx is leaving the Company, but so is a huge, huge burden.
MMx is an expensive site to maintain, it is an expensive
site to promote, and it's getting bigger by the second, and
its NEEDS are getting bigger by the second.
"ENTI, because of the Market it is in, and because of the
design of the Company, it's just not at a position where it
can manage MMx right now.
"Yes, we COULD HAVE waited until ENTI Uplisted, and then
blown-out MusicMatrix, but at the end of the day, I realized
that wasn't going to work. MMx can't wait any more, it just
cannot wait.
"So, ENTI needs to move-on with what it does best, to its core DNA,
which is developing these new Technologies, and then getting
them to a point where they go to Market. That's what it's doing.
"I hope that the definition of EACH COMPANY is beginning to get
better-defined for you. Each Company is taking a different
road, and VERY PROSPEROUS ROADS.
"We are about to Launch Howie D. from the BackStreet Boys. This
is even BIGGER THAN I EVEN IMAGINED back in February when we
filmed his Music Video that we actually Produced.
"This FRIDAY, NKOTB and BackStreet Boys are BOTH going to be on
the TODAY SHOW, as part of their Summer Concert Series. The
exposure for their Concert Tour is INCREDIBLE, and the fact
that our Video, "MusicMatrix.com Presents Howie D." is going to
be seen by these Fans at every Concert, and these Concerts are
going to be 30,000 to 50,000 Fans at EACH Concert, and this
Video is going to be seen by all of these Fans before the Bands
take the Stage.
"I couldn't ask for better promotion. IT IS INSANE! His Fans
are insane. BackStreet Boys Fans are insane. NKOTB Fans are
insane. THIS IS GONNA BE HUGE!
"We are going to Release the Howie D. "100" Video A LOT
SOONER THAN ANYBODY EXPECTED, because the people who had
already attended the earlier Concerts, and who had suddenly
found-out that they hadn't seen the Howie D. "100" Video being
played before THEIR CONCERTS, started complaining.
"Howie D.'s Manager then e-mailed CEO Tony and told him to
"pull-back on the promotion!" So, the pressure built from the
Manager, which then built to the Label, ALL OF WHICH MEANS THAT
we are getting it out SOONER, and we're working like hell to
make that happen.
"This means that the Howie D. "100" Video COULD BE SHOWN
AT CONCERTS AS EARLY AS NEXT WEEK, and our MusicMatrix.com
Premiere on our Website will be BEFORE THAT HAPPENS. So do the
Math, guys...IT'S IMMINENT!

BIGGER THAN THE COMPANY, it truly is, it's a Business within
itself. Now, Pegasus will be able to handle it, it Trades on a
bigger Board, and it will have the credibility and the Funding
