PMAH did a reinstatement on 11/30, filed a Form 15 on 12/20.....new name on the Form 15 Kevan Casey has connections to oil biz and stock BERX, also a MERGE IN on the SOS a couple of days ago, a A/S raise but definite RM on the way!!

The address on the form 15 and the address for Bering Exploration are the same, BERX trades at .12 with 4mil Market cap:
