Jeff K, traditionally Chapter 11 filings on OTCBB stocks also include cancellation of all common shares. The bad thing is that most of these companies keep shareholders in the dark until the last minute. I think the PR today said BK was actually a good thing for shareholders.

Do a little research on it. Good luck.
