They can't put out any information about when they intend to file their financials but they can hold an insiders meeting to ream the shareholders??????

Looks like its the same scam just with the original cast of characters...... at least the FL scamsters were only gonna do a 26 to 1 split.

I WONDER IF THEY WILL EVER FILE FINANCIALS.
