Here is what I do know. I called the number listed for JEKnight, "acting CEO" on the OTC sight -- All it says is "google answering,leave a message" or something like that. The name of a company or a person were not used. It is a North Carolina number.

Also if you do a search on the attorney's name -Robert F Garner out of North Carolina, you will find this :

You will read that he was a defendant in a class action suit involving AdSurfDaily. If you go to the NV SOS you will also find that he has been part of many companies that are dissolved or revoked. One of the companies is AdSurfDaily, Inc., he was a manager, address is his POBox in NC.

Dwight Jory, also lives in NV...Jory is LocatI Global Holdings - remember the company merging with BDCM just a few months ago)

Oh yea, and if you do a mapquest or google on the address on the OTC site - it looks like it is in the middle of trees.
