Boca Raton, FL, July 21, 2010 – CleanAirTek Holdings, Inc. (Frankfurt Stock Exchange: CAK) announced today that it has entered into negotiations to acquire Performance Maxx, Inc., a Colorado based, truck servicing business specializing in refurbishing and maintaining diesel equipment for owner-operators and regional trucking companies.

"CleanAir is bringing new and welcome solutions to the trucking industry. We look forward to adding our part to the growing enterprise," stated Stu Hoebel, President of Performance Maxx.

It seems Ray and his buddy Stu pulled the same P&D with Ray's other company cleanairtek. Ray told me on the phone that Stu came to him due to hearing about the Middle East deal (I always wondered how stu knew about the ME as Ray never pr'd anything about it), but clearly that's not true. Ray never let on that he had a prior relationship with Stu and this also explains why Ray never mentioned Stu Hoebel's name in Pr's...was afraid it would show up on a google search. The SEC will be shuttering the doors here soon...Stu and Ray better put their running shoes on!
