Good point. I tried buying just now and got .0218. The Nora lady is pretty big time. She is Consulate of Uraguy for Vancouver and has many cos in Panama and connections in South America and has a group that has done prob 10 diff RMs before I think. All of them did well, had buyouts, still trading, or went to 1.50 and one even to 6.00. Some of these RMed the past 7 years or so.

But my fill on NT_HR, thats the 3rd time today I got shares under the ask on diff stocks. Got skipped over on a bid too when no one was there. Somebody must have a account that u can do that and not show or MMs doing it EOY somehow with their system.
