Google would give 3+Billion for the patents alone. These are worthless rumors.

I have posted a number of times that when there is good news to expect the pps would go down big (remember the Cramer interview about how Hedge Man. manipulate pps when they have inside in the coming news - Ref. Apple iPhone and the Verizon story)

It's the 30 DEC verdict that we need from the ALJ and/or patent Portfolio bidding. Period. For now the market is blind for Kodak's performance in Digital printing and that is is moving into the leading position.

If Mickey would acquire Kodak for 5$ ps that would be approx. 1.5 Billion$ and way insufficient. The election of a new President clearly points in the direction of eminent valuation of Intellectual Property.

My guess: The other President wasn't up to the game or countered Perez in the IP process. Since in negotiation you place a person of the same rank at the table to take the lead this promotion results in the fact Kodak can now do that while the person is an IP specialist.

It points to some end phase in the process.
