Confirmation on FAULSE note on Fidelity website that was noticed on 12/22.2011 that cause most of the drop in CPY PPS.

Please note VERIFICATION was done A/H on 12/22/2011

I contacted Kathy Campbell at CPI Corp (314 231 1575 EXT 3350) and she categorically denied any BK rumors and said the company will address that issue very soon. I asked her to double verify with Comapny's rest of the Directors and she called me back after 10 minutes and again CONFIRMED that all the BK issue was ABSOLUTELY FAULSE.

I contacted Fidelity [phone] (special depertement that solves these type of issues and after the person who checked their site he said the BK message is a ENORMOUS TYPO and othen than fixing it asap they will be publicly announcing it too that the BK message was not TRUE.
