4) A Disclosure Statement Hearing
4b) Perhaps revisions to the DS then
5) An approval from the court on the Disclosure Statement

(UNTIL WE GET TO #5, there are NO BALLOTS GOING OUT)

6) Ballots go out for voting
7) Ballots go to your broker, to you, and back from you to the broker
8) Ballots are summarized by your broker
10) Ballots go back to KCCLLC for summaries of all of them
11) KCCLLC gives a total of the ballots
12) Plan Confirmation objections
13) Plan Confirmation Hearing
14) Court Opinion / Ruling on the Plan
15) If a plan is approved, then exiting bankruptcy.

** NOBODY IS GOING TO GET ANY BALLOT UNTIL AFTER THE DISCLOSURE STATEMENT IS APPROVED -- AND THAT WILL NOT HAPPEN UNTIL THE DISCLOSURE STATEMENT HEARING, AND EVEN THEN, NOT UNTIL AFTER THE DISCLOSURE STATEMENT IS APPROVED BY THE COURT **
