Patent questions on QSPW for you nano:

1. I thought it normally took about 2 years to get a US patent?

2. I believe a couple of the pat. pendings are for provisional patents, which would, imo, have expired after 1 year. Or perhaps the provisionals preceeded the 1 they did apply for?

3. Would only a US patent give the patent holder the protection without it being nationalized?
