Quantum Solar Power (QSPW)

Ypu know i'm reading a lot of posts here about QSPW , has anyone really done any DD ? Im not here to do PR for these guys thats for sure .But i do live in the same city that the Lab is in.so i ve been doing some real DD. Ive been watching this deal for a while .here is what six months of digging has done.
1. Quantums Technology was developed by a private company called CIO Optics from what i can dig up they spent over 6 million dollars on development .before it ended up in a merger with QSPW.Now QSPW has spent another close to 7 million plus or minus through private placements. if you raise money their is no Debt PITADOG you dilute your stock debt is when you borrow .

2.4D Labs is a nano tech lab that does all the development it belongs to Simon Fraser University
13 scientist on the payroll . Universities wont let pump and run deal run out of them they have a reputation on the line .

3. The CTO comes from Sargent labs out of Toronto his specialty building solar cells .he had a tenure at the university of toronto , left a pretty good job

4. Lead scientist DR. Gary Leach head of Chemistry Simon Fraser University.
Ok so much for that not promoters thats for sure .

5. 3 patents pendings filed all you have to do is phone and ask the qspw office 2 of the IP filings will be available in january or FEb. easy to figure out 18 months from the day you file .

6. NRELL certification, you dont apply for NRELL if you have dog sh*t , NRELL gives value to your technology and certifies your solar cell .What ever they say is as good as gold

7. will they reach their goals ? I hope so because i bought some real cheap stock in the last few days would like to thank some of you for that. Its still a gamble no doubt I think their is a lot of upside here tho .
