When did you buy the stock? Neither SSPT or its predecessor, SHTP, ever came close to $1. Penny stock advice websites are usually paid to promote stocks and info is often misleading.

Both SSPT and GRBG were dilution traps involved with the notorious investor relations firm of Big Apple Consulting. Both are now non DTCC-eligible, making them very difficult to trade with many brokers.

Scottrade may have determined that Shot Spirits is out of business so shows a zero value. I suggest you call them for info.
