STDF - more digging and more red flags

I notice they have two very similar websites (another eerie similarity to the whole TMSH/GLER/Wakabayashi non-merger thing from the start of the year). GLER also had two website.


An older less professional looking one:

Why would somebody from a company like this be involved in setting up one of the websites for SIWS?

Prior to joining Capital Group Holdings, Christopher was Chairman/CEO of COA Holdings, Inc. As its Chairman/Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Galvin effectuated the acquisition/merger of five additional companies which created an industry leader in the Acquiring, Issuing, ACH and Mobile market place.

Mr. Galvin served as Chairman/CEO of Capital Resource Network, Inc., a Corporate Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions and Investment Banking consulting firm which has been responsible for the structure, facilitation and completion of reverse mergers of private companies into public entities. Mr. Galvin also served as Chairman/CEO of Global -1Tel, a highly sophisticated and specialized Telecommunications Company. Okay ... the part in bold makes since, but what doesn't make sense is him setting up the website with the ridiculous revenue projections in January of 2010 before the company was even a registered business entity.

Another big red flag.

Looking at the historical information for the business entity at the Nevada SOS we see 3 names that were once officers but have been removed:

So now we know why Brian Skagen was the person that registered the domain on the newer website. As of August 2010 he was still running the company. As noted in my last post Joseph Caywood didn't take over the company until February of 2011.

The [phone] which is a number from outside of Atlanta, Georgia can bee found in the court document under the name Craig Mora having to do with some case between Albert Rasch and Mobile Ready Entertainment Corp

Mobile Ready Entertainment Corp was a publicly trading company under the symbol MRDY that got in some trouble by the SEC along with its two main officers, Craig Mora and Michael Magolnick, for a pump and dump scheme using fraudulent press releases

So what's the connection between Mobile Ready Entertainment Corp and Brian Skagen?

Well there is no connection that I can find. In fact, I'm starting to wonder if Brian Skagen is even a real person. I'm not even able to connect him to mobilepresswire.com. The email he used when registered the domain, SCORPIONIWS.COM, is [e-mail]

As in Craig Mora? I think so.

So we have a scammer connected to a publicly trading company called Mobile Ready Entertainment Corp now running a mobile phone spam blasting promotion company which is linked to SIWS.

I think a new red flag just went up for STDF. The person responsible for setting up the newer website is a person with a history of running pump and dump scams with penny stocks using false information in press releases that is now a penny stock promoter.

Franco Inc - attention investor relations 310-891-1838

310-891-1838 is a cell phone number from California. The older websites lists a California based company as the IR firm, Green Earth Strategies Inc, so that sort of makes since, but Franco Inc is proving tough to locate.

There is an Anthony M. Franco, Inc. Which is a public relations firm located in the Detroit area. They say they mostly take clients located in South Florida. South Florid is where Craig Mora is located.

I really have no idea what to make of Franco Inc at this point.
