I had read one article that said it was formed, from the beginning, to be just what it was. A vehicle for ill gotten gains.

I suppose we will only know what the true intent was is if it evolves into a criminal prosecution. Hopefully the SEC's kind words toward all the related investigative agencies signals charges in Lucky's future.
