I have filed a complaint about Musclepharm through the SEC complaints procedure above. My complaint was that they detailed information about management bonuses through some recent SEC filings that were ambiguous at best and at worst were deliberately unclear. And that when asked to provide clarity they ignored the questions.

Now I know that no company is obliged to answer individual shareholders questions, but since they are directly related to unclear statements in an official filing I figured it was worth a shot. I included copies of all emails I have sent to Musclepharm in this respect as well as details of the phone calls I have made and who I spoke to.

I know there is only a slim chance the SEC will decide to take any action but if you have tried to get answers our of Musclepharm that you feel they need to provide then you could try filing a complaint also.

To be honest I'm just really annoyed that so many things about this company could be cleared up in a short, concise couple of sentences from the company but they refuse to do it. This leads to ridiculous debate on what things mean and that shouldnt be. Maybe the SEC will at least inform MSLP that one or more complaints have been made, maybe they will be a little more clear in futute.
