GBTR Let me show you what I think will happen with a Reverse Merger & 1:4 Reverse Split into Equities.com - IMO
Current GBTR Share Structure 95.18M Outstanding / Float 17.08M
GlobeTrac is in the process of obtaining shareholder approval to facilitate a 4:1 consolidation of its issued and outstanding shares.
4:1 Consolidation?
New GBTR Share Structure 23.79M Outstanding / Float 4.27M
GlobeTrac has agreed to issue to the owners of Equities.com a number of post-consolidated restricted shares that will represent an aggregate of at least 60% of the issued and outstanding.
GlobeTrac has been granted an extension of an additional 45 days in which to complete its due diligence. Time Frame? November 25, 2011 to January 9, 2012
So lets say to be on the safe side... New GBTR float will be anywhere from (min)1.70M to 4.27M(max). At GBTR@.25 with 1:4 R/S new PPS should be around $1.00. In My Opinion will the ask be $1.00 when that happens? I say No, directly after the R/S the ask price should be as high as 100% the PPS... Why? To deter investors in buying the stock at $1.00, Market Makers know the market value of a stock and help set that price...
Things that might happen to GBTR... IMO
GBTR Approves R/M GBTR Shareholders Approve R/S GBTR goes to GBTRD D gets removed 20days after R/S and/or new Ticker is given GBTR@$1. Ask will be $2.
Either investors will pay that $2 or they will get GBTR at lower prices then they are valued now. It can go either way the demand goes, but investors who do not get in early will have a hard time getting in... Or will have to pay that cover at the door - IMO
Players keep your eyes open for "D" stocks thats how you find some winners!
