HLNT/NIR/Walters Law Suits update:

HLNT and Walters agreed in a stipulation today to extend the time
for responding to the latest Motion filed by Walters Lawyers on Dec 1st.

The effect is that HLNT has a week longer to file Opposition Papers
(until the 21st), Walters attorney has 6 days to file a reply to HLNT's
filing (the 27th), and the hearing date has been set for the 28th of
December.

Of futher interest is the last two status conferences, one on the 10th
of November and the other on the 8th of December. No filing on the
SCROLL system has been done for either of these hearings. The only
note on the 8th of December is a very brief comment, "P/DECS", for
which I have not yet found a definition or explanation of the term. I
suspect, however, the term refers to the filing of the Notices of Intent,
which should be due, despite the delays.

There has been no further update on the Texas Case since the 8th of
September.

HLNT is participating in the Arbitration hearings in California, for the
two reasons of protecting HLNT's interests and getting the Arbitration
thrown out for Fraud. However, I have not yet been able to find a source
of information on the status of the hearing, that is publicly available.
