"Auditors For Treaty Corporation under investigation?

The Auditor firm called M&K CPAS is under investigation by the authorities. A public company AEND which was suspended from trading this October 22nd. Coincidentally this auditor has only two clients, Treaty Energy Corporation and AEND. AEND is under investigation from the SEC and in addition to fraudulent lawsuits, criminal charges may too arise. Interestingly enough Treaty Energy Corporation (TECO.PK) is too in big trouble. Their latest acquisitions are not materializing. A story all to familiar to many investors who lost money with Mr. Andrew Reid the CEO of Treaty Energy Corporation. Since Mr. Reid is no stranger to the SEC, this story reminds me of when Mr. Reid was accused of unsuitable trading and investing, fraud, negligence and violating state and federal securities in 2004. The case was settled with the SEC, but the investors were left out in the cold, and out of $6 million dollars. Tennessee, Kansas, Louisiana and many more, are all projects designed by Treaty Energy and Mr Reid to swap hard asset for useless paper that is not worth the paper it is printed on.

This is just another fine development in what looks like a long history of Fraud by Treaty Energy Corporation and its Management. We realize that Mr. Bruce Gwyn may not be up to speed on the latest tricks employed. I only hope that he realizes and jumps the ship before it is too late for him too.
