P's are probably the best deal provided you can afford it... however, for the average person looking to hedge his bet you had posted this on another board... which makes K's the second best in ranking per share.

Assuming the new company has 200,000,000 shares and the allotment for preferreds is 70% and the allotment for commons is 30%, all as noted in the POR, here are the approximate conversion rates:

1 WAMPQ = 18.6667 shares

1 WAMKQ = 0.4667 shares

1 WAMUQ = 0.0352 shares
