Yes. Which is why they wanted to sell their half of Pebble and (IMO) partner w/ LBSR. That is taking too long and so we have signaled our willingness to go w/ another partner if the price is right.

One thing to add - if any investors are looking to throw real money (i.e., $50-200k+) at this thing, consider approaching the company about a private placement, which I wish I had done before. Can't hurt to ask if they're interested.

IMO, part of LBSR's "impatience" could be its need for cash (should find out tomorrow). And secondary market buying, while better for the short-term PPS, is not as good as giving LBSR the best possible bargaining position w/ the majors, which includes not being cash-poor.

Besides, may be the only way to get shares at less than 6 cents soon.
