Level II - geez, you have a few hours? lol The basics of level II is that you get to see the market maker line up on the bid side and on the ask side. So if you see a long line of mm's on the bid at the current price and you see only one mm at the ask it would indicate that because of this bid support the price would soon be upticking. The opposite happens when the price declines - the ask gets thick with more mm's lined up and the bid gets thin. Years ago there was a pretty good level II tutorial website but I have no idea what or where it is anymore. I basically learned level II on my own by just watching it everyday.
