With regards to Pump and dump nonsense being reported on. We do not engage in such activities in any company's nor are we able to find out the websites that produce such literature about myself, or others. We report and follow all SEC regulations for issuance's of stock and we do not pay third party promoters. I engage any of these people who are posting such libelous comments about myself to come forward and speak to me and my attorneys directly. Unfortunately they create misinformation to misinform the public and to create downward movements to short. Investors need to be aware that these announcements and proclamations that they make are only out to fool them. None of these websites ever come forward with the names of their publishers or authors for fear of libel - which it all is - or they manage and form their company's and servers in foreign jurisdictions and hide behind the corporate veil.
Unfortunately, there is nothing to do about such disinformation schemes. Everything we do across all company's is transparent, honest and focused on increasing shareholder value. Their goal is to wreck and discredit honest shareholders, and to make it back on the way down. I am available at anytime to speak with anyone directly and I would present a challenge for all investors to ask for the names of the people who are reporting these things to come forward and tell investors who they are. Investors have a right to know who the people are who criticize and who create these bogus stories. Everyone knows who I am. Why don't shareholders challenge the validity of such disinformation campaigns? Because at the end of the day - I stand by my word, by my filings that I sign my name too and to my shareholders. Who do they answer too? Investors who believe such nonsense should find out who they are actually reading.
